Welcome to Maryland State Highway Administration's Section 4(f) interactive training website . This website focuses primarily on the Section 4(f) regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Act of 1966. A small portion of the site offers an overview of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
