The State of Maryland, like other states in our nation, has experienced significant revenue shortfalls which have necessitated reductions in the fiscal year 2010 budget; per Executive Order 01.01. 2009.11 , State of Maryland offices will be

on Friday, November 27, 2009.

Permits will be issued on these days. There are
