The State Highway Administration (SHA) is in Production with Estimator 2.5a as of 05/02/2008. This is an enhanced version of the current Estimator program. Please see attached Estimator product sheet from InfoTech, Inc. describing the new features. See previous web page: View/download Estimator Product Sheet (pdf).

SHA has added/revised/deleted various Category Codes for the new Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials dated January 2001. Please download the MDCATALOG. CAT file modified on July 9, 2008, as soon as possible. Your company must import this file in to your Estimator Software before submitting any more estimates.

Please Note:
SHA requests all Consultants to call Joe Phelan for purchase or delivery of your Estimator 2.5a software if you don’t already have it. SHA is using Estimator 2.5a as of May 2008.
