| This Materials Manual, Laboratory and Field Procedures, is published as a guide and reference to be used in conjunction with the State Highway Administration's (SHA) Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials and the Book of Standards. The manual's main focus is to provide detailed information to lab and project personnel with regard to materials sampling frequency and descriptions of materials sampling and testing procedures. |
