Please call this number to report any suspicious terrorist activity. Please keep this number with you.

A message from Governor Martin O'Malley, to Maryland's Citizens and Visitors:
Maryland is working directly with federal officials regarding the latest intelligence information and increased protective measures instituted by the Department of Homeland Security.

The Maryland Transportation Authority Police has increased its presence at Maryland toll plazas, BWI Airport and the Port of Baltimore. The Maryland State Police will continue operation of the State's terrorism command center and tip-line.

Although no specific threats have been made against locations in Maryland, you should practice increased vigilance while going about your daily routines. I encourage anyone who has witnessed suspicious activity to use the phone number on this notice and contact Homeland Security officials immediately.
